Designer Glass Terms & Conditions

	Shipping	Standard shipping is UPS Ground. (Expedited shipping is available at customer's expense). All glassware is FOB Cleveland, Ohio, and unless specified, all shipping costs will be paid by customer.
	Returns and Claims	Returns or claims not accepted without prior notice and authorization by Designer Glass, Inc. Claims must be received within 14 days of shipping to be considered valid.
	Payment	All stemware/glassware orders will be charged as follows: 50% of total merchandise will be charged to customer's credit card upon receipt of order. 50% of total merchandise, plus 100% of shipping (if any) will be charged to customer's credit card just prior to shipment.
	Availability	All orders and styles are subject to availability.
	Shipment Time	Glassware orders will generally ship within 7 business days of ordering. In the case of a delay, Designer Glass will make a reasonable effort to contact the customer and make suitable arrangements.
	Backorders	Backorders shall be cancelled unless the customer expressly requests otherwise.
	Wholesale Orders	Wholesale glassware is sold in lots of 24 or more. Styles may be mixed and matched per customer preference. Orders which do not meet minimum quantities are subject to cancellation. Wholesale pricing is available only to customers holding a valid resale number.
	General: All orders are subject to approval, and Designer Glass Inc. reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason whatsoever.
